Refund Policy
Refunds are possible on the subscription service only. Other services such as domain registration, buying pictures and other items are NOT refundable.
The refund for the subscription service is calculated as 50% of your remaining time IF you are more than 60 days before your renewal date. Refunds are not given for any account that is within 60 days of renewal. For example, if you sign up on January 1 and decide to cancel your account in June, you are entitled to a 6 month refund. If you cancel your account in November, you are not entitled to a refund.
Refunds are only given on the cash paid. Items that are paid for from referal points are not refundable.
