By signing up you are agreeing to our terms of service. You certify that all information you provide in the registration is accurate.
Our intention is not to make life difficult, but to ensure fair treatment to everyone.
The Bed and Breakfast Connector and Tandac Enterprises (The Company) reserves the right to suspend or cancel service to a Customer at any time and without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, refusal or failure to pay for services provided or by sole judgment of The Company that the Customer may be performing activities harmful to The Company or its Customers, employees, vendors, business relationships or any other users of the Internet.
Each subscription is for one and only one customer. Using your account to promote a bed and breakfast that is not your own is strictly forbidden.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL The Company BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, UNCONSEQUENTIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF The Company WAS INFORMED OF OR OTHERWISE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. In no event shall The Company's liability for direct damages incurred for any reason and upon any cause of action arising from or relating to this Agreement or the subject matter hereof exceed the fees paid to The Company by Customer hereunder in said term in which the damages are incurred.
The Company reserves the right to change or modify this agreement at any time and without warning. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these terms.
